Adventurer's Log
The Red Wizards of Thay have devised some way of changing a Great Wyrm Gold Dragon to become a Draco-Lich. With the grip on this new power, they have set siege to their eternal enemies, The Rashemi. Even Rashemi's witches have been unable to break the siege upon their island. In the meantime, The Red Wizards of Thay have become more involved with some of the great towns of Toril. When they have managed to take control of a town, new laws are strictly enforced and everyone is beginning to fear everyone about them. A few adventurers have been heard of galloping through the land, destroying evil that oppresses the land. You are those adventurers. Will you accept the challenge ahead of you?
And the Adventure begins.
Day 1: All of the adventurers arrive to The Wizards Throne Inn. They had stayed there the night before and have now awoke. They go down for breakfast as a woman enters the room with blue garbs on. She holds a hand out towards the barkeep and he darts his eyes around towards the adventurers that have come down. She nods towards him and talks to Loxor, the Paladin of Tyr. After she talks to them for a while about the rebellion against the evil Red Wizards of Thay. Most agree and she goes back into town to find something that they can help in. While she is gone, a guard enters the room and recognizes one of the adventurers as a murderer of one of his own guards. He also notices the gnomes practicing magic without proper permission from the Red Wizards. He becomes outraged and attacks the nearest person. He is ganged up on and finally is killed by the gnome jumping onto his back and punching a dagger into the guard's neck. What the others did see was the 'barkeep' holding his finger out towards the dagger and as it began to miss the neck of the guard, he moved his finger slightly and a bit of strange magic hit the dagger end and forced it into the neck.
The adventurers have now found how powerful the guards really are. They are working on a plan as to how to defeat the wizards and return Waterdeep to its former greatness. Melianthe has returned with a parchment of an adventurer across the seas to protect its cargo from the red wizards so that they may get materials to use against them.
