Can't Get You Out Of My Head is the new song from the forthcoming album. Really catchy, in a Butterfly/OANLT type of way, but with a more mature club sound. The chorus is still in my head, and if this is a sign of things to come, the new album will be huge!
The 80s medley, for me, was the low point of the evening. Starting well, with the fabulous Step Back In Time, the medley raced through Kylie's early hits that have not been performed live for 10 years, culminating with a rather brief and almost appologetic sounding Turn It Into Love. The latter track appeared out of place with the other songs in the medley, and I don't think she sang the original tune - actually I couldn't really make out what she was singing.
However, the medley was short lived, and turned into a full blown Celebration! This track has never been performed live (outside Top Of The Pops) and actually sounded great. Way better than the single version, and the crowd loved it!
Your Disco Needs You - cue camp Rugby playing dancers!! This track was great, but actually not one of the concert highlights as I had imangined it would be. Rather than play up the hype surrounding this song at the moment, the song followed Celebration which had gone down particularly well, and was not lengthened from the album version into anything more than the great album track it is.
