Climbing at Swanage

The climb I have photographed here is a tricky 5+/6 (French grade) climb. Starting with a jutting arette, this route jumps right and left, before reaching the hardest move I have ever accomlished: the pictures below show how the route leads underneath a table overhang, with a tiny gap to the right that you need to squeeze yourself through (not easy to get enough height here, I found a well hidden foothold in a crevise for my left foot) before hauling yourself up and over, balancing full body weight by grabbing a large slab (which wobbles, but appears safe enough!). Reaching the top of this climb gave me an incredible sense of achievement.
