DMS Breeding Contract

I (Your Name), agree to all the terms and conditions as stated below. My mare (Mare's Name), will be bred to Dar Meghreb Stable's own (Stallion's Name you want to breed too), for the fee of (Stallion's Stud Fee) plus the $100.00 non-refundable booking fee, on the date of (the date you want your mare bred),

*~*All mares that are to be bred to a DMS Stallion MUST be registered with the REAP. There are to be no exceptions. All of DMS's Stallions and broodmares are registered with the REAP.

*~*All mares that are to be bred to a DMS stallion must have a clean bill of health as stated from a veterinarian along with all up to date vaccinations. Proof of this may be asked for before the breeding date.

*~*All DMS Stallions have a clean bill of health and if for some reason the stud falls ill before the mare is bred, a full refund will be given or if the mares owner wishes the breeding can be set to another date when the vet deems the stallion to be breedable and healthy.

*~*All of DMS's Stallion have a live foal guarantee. If the mare does not have a standing suckling foal or the full dies with in 2 weeks a full refund will be given. If after the breeding the mare is said to be not pregnant a full refund will be given or breeding to the same stud may take place on a different date for half price.

*~*DMS is NOT responsible for the mare's or foal's death if the owner of the bred mare does not seek veterinary care during and/or after the pregnancy. WE HIGHLY SUGGEST A VET TO BE EITHER PRESENT OR ON CALL FOR THE DUE DATE.

*~*Owner of the mare agrees to pay the $100.00 non-refundable booking fee at the time the contract is signed and sent to DMS. The stud fee however, can be payed up front or after the mare is covered by stud on the day of the breeding. This is up to the mares owner.

*~*Shipped semen is available upon request of the mares owner. Shipping costs for semen is $125.00. If more than one vile is purchased for the same or any other Stallion at DMS, DMS will pay for the shipping.

*~*DMS has full rights to reclaim foals from people who neglect them or quite Riata. In the event that the foal's owner wants to sell the foal DMS must be notified so that DMS can have the option of purchasing the foal first.

*~*This contract is subject to change at anytime is DMS so wishes it to be.

*~*Last, but not least if either the stallion owner or mare owner feels the other has failed to complete or agree to any of the terms the contract may be terminated.
