Independent Study At Pritikin Longevity Center & Spa

For my program I had to do an 80 hour independent study at a location of my choice. I chose the Pritikin Longevity Center & Spa in Aventura, Florida. The Pritikin Longevity Center is known for it's research on using a low-fat, low sugar, low salt, mainly vegetarian diet with exercise to avoid and reverse common diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular problems. The experience changed my life. Not only did I learn that diseases could be reversed but I lost 10 lbs and became a believer. I will never forget this experience. These are some pictures of my experience at the Pritikin Center.
