The night before the party Tatty Teddy can't get a wink of sleep.
He wonders what tomorrow will be like.
Will Diddl not forget the party?
Has Pimboli's car been fixed yet?
And will the lovely Diddlina show up as well.
All the pondering makes Tatty weery and he decides to go home.
But the bed is cold when you lie in it alone!
So Tatty gets up out of bed and grabs a book as well.
He is reading a romance novel.
My look at the hour, I am so tired.
At last Tatty Teddy ponders of to sleep.
He has a lot of beautiful dreams.
He dreams of sharing his life with someone nice.
Tatty dreams about making a trip to a faraway land.
He wants to climb the Pyramids in Egypt.
He bets he would have a lovely view there.
What an adventure it would be to ride a camel.
But yugh, there would be bag carrying involved too.
Another dream involves Tatty being the next Rembrandt.
Or maybe he could be the painter of Mona Lisa.
He would be admired where ever he went to.
That would just be so fabulous.
Hmm, what a shame that Tatty isn't at all creative.
But a bear can sure dream about it.
All excited Tatty goes asleep
