This model was sculpted from the feet up. The last things added were the scythe and horns. I decided for a demonic look I would give the model two different feet and also other strange characteristics like the tongue with a face. There are several nice details that I added over time, like the exposed spine and the protruding bone. To view a larger image click the thumbnails.

I decided that the model was not demonic enough for me so I cut the arms off and changed it slightly, this also shows you how easy it is to cut green stuff away and create an entirely new effect.

I added several details like tendrils bursting through the rotted flesh and worms crawling into his skin.

This piece was really fun to design. I enjoyed creating different textures on the surface of the skin and the challenge to produce several openings in the flesh to show internal organs.
