The Taxman's Jacket. A cosplay adventure.

First off, I used my sister. Yes my sister. In the start of this project, I hadn't a clue how to sew. So she did the sewing first, the whole VICTIM part of the jacket is her contriubution to it all, after that she taught me the basics and I did the rest, poorly. But she has gone over my sewing work numerous times to get the items to stay.

I used these yellow letter cut outs for the letters. They've been through a beating and have become now worthless. For the first base of a coat I used paint that you would put on your walls, since they left a thick coat and then I did the 2nd coat over with the white stick of paint to make the letters white.

When that stick of paint ran out, I used water colors. Those worked TO WELL and made the letters WHITE but it didn't last. So past that up. Stay away from it.

On a whim I used chalk for the work Bible and despite the horrid photo, in real life, the word Bible came out the best looking. It's bright, thick and looks just like how it does in theose CA promos.

This is a shot of random stuff that I used. And my own personal pictures for recent details of his jacket today. My dog usually sat with me and watched through out the process. He fears the camera and hides himself.
