Hypocrisy

JR/TLLF01 on HT's hypocrisy:

The other thing about HT's hypocrisy. Now, you know that this bitch loftily claimed that she perceived Taylor as a 'role model for 12-year-old girls,' right? She's sooooo concerned about how she comes across on screen, right? Yet, she was willing to take a role playing an ADULTERESS on Melrose Place. Now, how does she account for THAT little contradiction? The problem I have with this heifer is that she thinks she is indispensable--a fantasy that Brad Bell continually feeds. She's NOT! When she left the show before, the ratings didn't drop. And, speaking of her ill child, I was also disturbed when that vainglorious bitch went on some talk show moaning because she wanted her daughter to be pretty, but there's always plastic surgery. What kind of monster would do something like that? And, THIS is the tramp that is supposed to be having a show about parenting? GMAFB!

Even worse is the way she ended her book with an ''open letter'' to Kimberlin Brown, inviting the woman to call her. She even had the unmitigated gall to tell Ms. Brown that she forgave HER! What a pompous, self-righteous little bitch! That's another reason I'm not impressed with her portrayal of Taylor. As far as I'm concerned, she's not acting. She's just simply being herself: a hypocritical, lying, sanctimonious, smug, vainglorious, stiff-necked, untalented, stupid-assed, phony, plastic bimbo, who evades responsibility by whining that the devil made her do it! I can tell you that Kimberlin Brown is a better woman than I could ever be. I would have called HT alright. I would have also gone over to her house and dragged her bony ass outside and beat her so badly, she wouldn't have been able to stand up straight!

Shelley on Taylor's hypocrisy:

I read on another board a post about a scene I missed during the Thomas paternity debacle (not a hard thing to do...all it was was TayBITCH lying, whining, feeling sorry for her lying, manipulating, hypocritical self, TayBITCH this, TayBITCH that...), and was reminded just how low this disgusting piece of trash sunk in the midst of her lies and manipulations. After Satanie found out the truth, TayBITCH turned on the poor-helpless-me act and acted like Thorne and Brooke (especially Brooke) had somehow prevented her from telling Ridge the truth for almost nine months. She said the baby was Ridge's, and of course Satanie immediately blamed Brooke--she said, 'And Brooke knew the whole time.' TayBITCH sat there and lied through her blubbery lips for perhaps the millionth time since the ugly fake pile of garbage got her scrawny butt into that whole situation--she LIED that Brooke knew the whole time when the piece of trash knew full well that Brooke had only found out a couple weeks ago. She LIED to cover her own skanky butt, and she LIED to get Satanie's sympathy and support. So much for this scuzz being honest and moral, and so much for her being a 'role model for women.' I fear anyone who regards this piece of filth as a role model for anyone but lying adulterous incompetent stupid SLUTS.

Naturally the old hag took the side of this pile of garbage. The hag always takes the side of scum she'd never even give the time of day to ordinarily, if said scum will help her in her war against Brooke.

How I'd love to see TayBITCH and Satanie stripped, smeared with honey, and stuck on a hill of red ants under the blazing sun in the middle of the Sahara desert.

Motherhood

Zoe on HT's mothering skills:

What business does this woman have deciding what it takes to be a good mother. This from the woman who drank her way through her second pregnancy, starved herself through her fourth and abandoned her children for a lover! I think she does have one thing in common with Taylor, a nanny.

But this is SOD we are talking about. Wonder if the Bells pay them a monthly salary or are they on a yearly retainer?

JR/TLLF01 on Taylor's mothering skills:

Someone showed me the cover of SOD this week, and I recoiled when I saw 'Soaps' Best & Worst Moms.' So with trembling fingers, I opened the magazine. And, what to my wondering eyes should appear but the lippy one, her marriage insurance policies and her husband, Wolverine! You guessed it, SOD picked TAYFART as the show's best mom! One of the questions they asked HT was what makes Taylor a great mother. And this is what the patron saint of mediocrity said: ''Her devotion to her children. Their happiness and welfare come first.'' And, just to think I swore off reefer forever 21 years ago!

Well, let me say this. I don't know what show SOD's editors are watching. And, I don't know how HT's perception of her character's role as a mother could be any more warped. First of all, let's talk about Taylor's devotion to her children. My question is—WHAT devotion? Skeletor spends most of her day in her husband's office trying to f*** his brains out for all of 3 minutes. If she isn't doing that, she's running around with her husband's former girlfriend. This, after she quit her practice (thank God) to be a full-time mother. She has a nanny supposedly; yet, she drops her brats off at daycare. And putting their happiness and welfare first? Did the lippy one forget how her character left her infant in a house alone surrounded by burning candles? How many days after her premature twins came home from the hospital was Taylor on a plane to Venice? The fool went to Venice to interfere in an adult relationship despite having THREE dependent rugrats at home. She whined about wanting to get home to her baaaaaabies, but ended up helping Ridge anyway. She makes a show of calling home to talk to her baaaaaaabies. Big deal—all she had to do was leave and get her flat ass on the plane! Even when Skeletor got back from Venice, she barely spent any time with the kids.

And, of course, Sheila was picked as ''Mommy Dearest.'' Again, what show were the SOD editors watching? And, how long have they been getting their high on? True Sheila was a nut, but she never harmed her child, nor was she ever a danger to her. I guess the editors couldn't forgive Sheila for not wanting her to be exposed to and raised by the she-wolf of L.A., Stephanie. To me, that was an act of mercy for Mary's sake. Every time Stephagnie said she would love Mary ''like a daughter,'' I cringed. Thank God, Sheila wasn't having it! You would have thought SOD would have picked Amber since by her baby probably died because of her own criminal neglect. But, they see Amber as a misunderstood victim instead of the felon she is, so that wasn't about to happen.

HT's Book

Chani on HT's book:

This book simply confirmed my suspicions about Hunter Tylo -- she is nothing but a publicity whore! Sure, she tells about all of the horrible things she has done, but then takes the "holier than thou" route by deciding it is HER place to forgive, rather than apologize for her abhorrent actions. I have news for you Ms. Tylo: suddenly finding religion does NOT erase all you have done, nor does it mean you are better than anyone who makes or has made the same mistakes as you. Rather than "forgiving" others for their actions, why don't you apologize for your own selfish deeds?

She points fingers at various people, including Steven Segal, implying that EVERYONE in Hollywood wanted to have sex with her.  You know what I think?  Judging from her lack of talent, I would bet that many of the parts she got were obtained while she was flat on her back!

Her lawsuit against Spelling was frivolous, and she shouldn't have gotten a dime.  In previous pregnancies she gained quite a bit of weight. If I remember correctly, they had to hide her bloated body behind large house plants.  During the trial, she was pregnant yet again, but gained very little weight. It is obvious to anyone with half a brain that the woman INTENTIONALLY starved herself so as not to gain weight with that pregnancy, for the sole purpose of "proving" that she is sexy while pregnant.  I have absolutely no respect for someone that would endanger a baby's life to win a settlement.  I hope the decision is reversed.

I feel for her children, especially Katya, but I have no sympathy whatsoever for Tylo. The woman's main concern with regards to her child's possible loss of sight is that she would "never be able to see her mother's face".  This woman is so obsessed with herself that she can't even focus on her own children without making it all about herself.  PUH-LEEEZZ!!!

She is a self-centered, talentless, publicity whore who cares about no one but herself. She is obsessed with her looks and apparently feels that finding religion makes her better than everyone else. Though the book is amusing at times, you probably won't enjoy it unless you are a die-hard Hunter Tylo fan who enjoys the hypocrisy of her "Poor me, I'm a victim and a saint" portrayal of Taylor.

Popularity

Shelley on Taylor's 'lovability':

I wouldn't call her evil, but I wouldn't call her good either, and I'm sick of the idea that we are supposed to bash Brooke but like Taylor because Taylor is so 'good.' I see nothing good about that stupid, self-righteous twit.

Taylor is a liar, an adulteress, a bigamist, a manipulator, selfish, cruel, sneaky, underhanded, hypocritical, a disgrace to her profession, a lousy mother, vain, narcissistic, and a backstabber. And please don't reply by saying Brooke is all those things. Even if she is, it doesn't make Taylor any less of those things, and moreover, UNLIKE Brooke, Taylor continues to walk away from her atrocities unscathed, while everyone and their mother bashes Brooke, barges into her office, threatens her, tries (and often succeeds) to ruin her life, and blames her for everything from their drinking to the pathetic state of their marriage to their constipation. Taylor is no exception. She blamed Brooke for her inability to conceive, she blamed Brooke for 'keeping her and Ridge apart' when she was doing a jolly good job of that herself (her lies about Thomas, etc.), and she most recently blamed Brooke for her supposed inability to 'loosen up' while in bed with Widgee-Poo. Gee, Taylor, maybe you should blame your own OBSESSION with Brooke?

In any case...I resent the idea that Taylor is so inherently lovable that anyone who hates her--and I do hate her; my mere dislike was pushed over into hatred many moons ago, and the stupid skank has done NOTHING to improve my feelings toward her--is 'jealous' or else otherwise is using hate as cover for something else.

Taylor is NOT inherently lovable. She's despicable to me, and to many others. Her passive-aggression, her cowardice, her inability to face her problems, her misuse of her credentials, her self-righteousness about intelligence she doesn't have and morals she doesn't practice, her smugness, and most of all her willful stupidity, all contribute to make her utterly despicable to me...and it's heightened by the fact that everyone praises her 24/7 for her fake, brittle beauty and her nonexistent morality, plus she walks away unscathed from everything and she gets credit for things she hasn't done--people talk like she apologized to Brooke for the Venice stunt when she did NOT--all she did was open her fat gaping mouth and wail, 'THEY MAAAAAADE MEEEEE DOOOO IIIIIT!' when the idiot wasn't saying, 'It's all your fault, Brooke.' She NEVER apologized, never even admitted she'd done anything wrong. In her mind, she can do no wrong and always does things for unselfish reasons. Despite thinking she can read people, she's sure unable to read herself, because her self-love prevents it.

All Taylor cares about is winning. Never mind that Ridge is no prize at all. And once she wins, it still isn't enough. What about her barging into Brooke's office for the billionth time (she, like every other woman on the show, whines about wanting Brooke out of her life but can't stay away from her) and insisting that Brooke admit she was still in love with Taylor's disgusting husband--after the stunt in Venice. How pathetic is THAT? Despite her being so desperately in love with herself, she still needs validation--that her husband is a prize, that she's beautiful and wonderful, etc.

THAT is why I despise Taylor and don't think she is good. THAT is why I 'pick on her.' Lord knows the show and the soap magazines never will.

Zoe on HT's popularity:

Is HT on Drugs?

I saw HT the other day on this Ainsley Heriot show and she looked positively strung out. She was flashing around so fast that she looked like she was on either speed or cocaine. She reminded me of a chicken with it's head cut off the way she was flapping and bobbing about. Maybe she was a chicken in a previous life and was just recalling past life experiences.

The second post HT can.....

Fuck up two of her children and her fans still consider her a beautiful person? That is pure garbage! In her book she talks about her heavy party life style and how she's drinking every night and flashing about cash to gain friends and then all of a sudden she has a kid on the scene, her second one. No mention of ever stopping the drinking, which that SELF-CENTERED BITCH would have surely mentioned if she had stopped. Well I've always wondered why her child looked so sick with pale, pale skin and red eyes and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome would be a reasonable answer.

The second child she fucked up was her youngest. Once again Hunters Vanity got in the way of the health of her baby when she starved herself through that pregnancy to win in court. I have eyes and remember how big she got when pregnant with Issabella (there wasn't a potted palm big enough to hide it) and if she got that fat again she would have lost.  Well, Hunter isn't naturally thin (and wasn't she beautiful when she was plump) and in order to not get that fat again she turned anorexic. Well Hunter, you were sexy while pregnant but at what cost? I have to wonder if her baby's eye cancer wasn't in some way triggered by some kind of missing mineral in her diet and considering that she was starving her fetus I assume there were plenty of missing nutrients.

Well Hunter, sue me if you like but considering that I have no money and you would have to prove me wrong I think it will just make you look bad.

Cranky on HT's popularity:

'Married women in their child bearing years should not be required to accept responsibility for their reproductive choices'. INDEED! Women have been fighting for thirty plus years to gain equal opportunity in the work place DESPITE their reproductive choices! But one greedy, talent-challenged bimbo can come along and win a spurious lawsuit claiming 'pregnancy discrimination' and we can all take 10 steps back.

Women, whatever their age and marital status, must always take responsibility for their reproductive choices. When a woman is pregnant and chooses to continue the pregnancy it is incumbent on her to put the rights of that fetus first. To make that fetus her 'first priority' if you will! That means NO drugs and alcohol (no matter how much the party animal you may be) and NO starvation (no matter how badly you want to stay slim and sexy and win that lawsuit)!

So when you are singing Ms. Tylos praises and commending her for her philanthropic endeavors, try to remember she is being charitable with someone else's money and at someone else's expense. If you are a married woman in your child bearing years (13-55) don't feel too badly if you are discriminated against in the job market because you have no responsibility over your own body!  And if you are never voted one of the 50 most beautiful people, better get yourself to the plastic surgeon!

And the next time you ask Zoe 'what has HT ever done to you that makes you HATE her sooooo much?', it might behoove you to ask yourself 'what has HT ever done for ME that makes me adore her sooooo much?'

Beauty

Echo on Taylor's beauty:

Yes, Taylor is beautiful and if I had her money I could afford to be that physically beautiful as well. But then, physical beauty really holds no power over me. When I think of beauty I think of ladies like Katherine Hepburn who had talent, was truly bold, and chose to grow old gracefully.

Taylor a princess? Actually, Omhar did make her a snake dancing, ta-ta shaking, belly wigglin' princess, but I've always thought Taylor to be more of a Queen. The Queen of Hypocrisy.

Taylor a diamond? Yes, Taylor is like a diamond with facets. You never know when Taylor will pull a two-faced, under handed betrayal and then try to dust the responsibility off and sparkle.

Taylor is a dream? No, actually I think Taylor is living in a dream world. This is the only way she can escape the responsibility and consequences for her actions. The only problem is she expects her dreamed up self-justifications to be accepted as reality.

Seeing Taylor on the screen makes you feel like you are in heaven? Actually, I am in heaven as we speak because I died of boredom watching Taylor.

Taylor is gold? Well while I think Taylor is as cold as a metal, I never thought of her as a precious metal. To me she is more like a bronze statue which has tarnished and is not much good, except for a pigeon poop collector.

Taylor an angel and the most beautiful woman in the world? Well Taylor was an angel once on B&B and she is protrayed like an angel, but I've always pictured her more as cheap plastic dayglow angel you stick on your dashboard that eventually becomes warped from the heat.

Hmmmm, guess we have different opinions about Taylor. No offense.

Echo [flail! grin!]

Sainthood

Zoe on Taylor's saintliness :

Why is it that every storyline on this fucking show always ends with Taylor suffering from no consequences? She will never pay for Venice or her adultery. She will get to keep Ridge and Morgan won't have his baby. All the men on the show have to first be sacrificed at the alter of Taylord so she can reject them before they can move on to someone else. Let's face it Hunter Tylo has never had any loyalty to this show, first her miniseries and then Melrose, yet all the  storylines are geared towards making her look good. Something is up. She doesn't have the fanbase (no ratings drops when she's gone) nor the talent to justify any of these concessions Bradley makes for her. The only conclusion that seems reasonable to me is that she must have slept her way to the top. With which Bell I don't know.

Jealousy

JR/TLLF01 on being jealous of HT:

Jealous of a knock-kneed, bony, collagen-injected, hair-weaved, mediocre, untalented, and stupid bimbo?

Right!

Why we don't like HT

Echo on disliking HT:

I have one huge reason why I absolutely and unequivocally despise Hunter Tylo and that would be her abuse of the U.S. judicial system and having the nerve to waive a banner of false pretense in the name of all women.

Before I get started, for those of you who do not know me personally I am involved in the field of law. Currently, and for the last several years I have been involved in the practice of medical malpractice and some aviation law. Prior to that I was involved exclusively in employment law, most particularly with issues of the ADA (American Disability Act) and sexual harassment (Title VII - Federal Law and sexual harassment laws as set forth in Statutes of the State of Florida). In other words, for once, I actually know a little something about which I am stating an opinion.

Hunter Tylo signed a contract with Spelling Entertainment which included a clause which forbid her to alter her physical appearance. Hunter Tylo became pregnant, a condition which those of us with any common sense know alters the physical appearance of women. Spelling Entertainment terminated HT's employment. HT filed a civil lawsuit against Spelling on the grounds of wrongful termination of employment and alleged sexual harassment on the grounds that she was a woman and pregnant and that is why she was terminated from her employment. Spelling Entertainment defended the lawsuit by responding that HT breached the terms of her contractual employment by altering her physical appearance through pregnancy. The interpretation of the contract was the ONLY REAL issue of HT's case. Everything else was carefully orchestrated propaganda by HT, her lawyers and publicists, to create smoke and mirrors to veil the ONLY REAL issue of the case, to-wit: Did Hunter Tylo breach the terms of her contract with Spelling Entertainment?

In my experience of CIVIL litigation, whether it be in Federal or State Court, there is one thing I have always discovered about the person bringing a lawsuit --- they have some emotional stake which is their driving force for bringing the lawsuit in the first place, irregardless of whether there are any REAL FACTUAL issues which need to be resolved in a Courtroom. I could give you examples of countless civil lawsuits that were nothing more than frivolous cases brought for no other reason than to massage wounded egos and right perceived wrongs which were not based in fact, but rather emotion. Just because somebody thinks they have an axe to grind, does NOT mean they have a legal leg to stand on.

I believe HT told Spelling she was pregnant and he either directly or indirectly relayed to HT that pregnancy was not exactly the STANDARD OF BEAUTY in the fantasy world of Melrose Place. Can you think of anything in the world that would have pissed off Hunter Tylo more than to be told she would not be thought of as beautiful?

There is also the greed factor in place for Tylo as well. She left a lucrative paying acting job for what she no doubt considered the next step in her acting career. It is no secret that Hunter Tylo aspires to be in the public eye, just like the majority of her peers. However, IMO she aspires to a greatness of fame beyond her abilities. Melrose Place was HT's shot at prime time television -- one step closer to mythical Hollywood cinematic super star. Spelling sent her packing back to the minor leagues begging to play ball again with day time soap operas -- in other words, back to square one. That had to wound Hunter Tylo's ego and humiliate her.

HT is not completely stupid, although she is frequently blinded by her own vanity. HT hired a great propaganda team and the smoke machine started blowing under a banner of women's rights. What a fucking load of contrived deception. There are thousands of WORKING pregnant women in the United States and they are WRONGFULLY terminated every day. Do you think any of these women are terminated for they way they look or that their employment EVEN depends on the way the look? HELL NO! Most of the reasons pregnant women are wrongfully terminated are along the lines of excessive or anticipated excessive abscences (sickness and perinatal appointments); changes in productivity; maturnity leave issues; and health insurance issues. These REAL LIFE issues had nothing to do with issues in HT's trumpted up breach of contract case.

A little more education to underscore my point. When a civil lawsuit goes to trial, either party may appeal the final verdict if sufficient grounds for appeal exist. When the civil lawsuit is appealed, a panel of appellate court judges review the case. They either uphold what the trial court and jury's verdict, or they remand or send the case back to be tried again. Appellate cases then become the yardstick by which to measure and argue future SIMILAR cases. Keep that in mind ---

Now, when an attorney does research to argue a point of law in his/her case, they look at the cases which have gone before appellate courts and what decisions have been made. An attorney then uses these prior appellate case decisions as a matter of established law to either support their own arguments in their own separate cases or to argue against the issues being brought up by the other parties in the case.

With this knowledge, I hope you can understand that HT's case if of absolutely NO VALUE to the majority of wrongful termination cases brought by pregnant women in the U.S. What case is going to have issues similar to HT's case? How many women do you think sign contracts of employment dependent upon their physical appearance? In other words, this farce concocted by HT and her attorneys that she was bravely taking on corporate America for all the down trodden pregnant women in the U.S. is ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT. Hunter Tylo was waving a banner of women's right for ONE WOMAN - HERSELF.

HT brought a lawsuit which was frivolous and cost the taxpayers thousands of dollars, all so she could massage her wounded ego by having a jury tell her she was still beautiful, even if she was pregnant.

It is hard for me to understand why the jury awarded HT any money. She must have really put on a good act, which is even harder for me to believe given the piss poor acting job she does on B&B the majority of the time. But then, if I knew what goes inside the minds of a jury, I'd be a fucking millionaire by now.

So you see, I loath HT for abusing the justice system and defrauding the public with her false cries of abuse of women's rights. Women have enough problems with cases they SHOULD be winning based on REAL malicious and wonton harassment and REAL violations of their rights and REAL ISSUES OF PUBLIC INTEREST. Hunter Tylo should serve to be a poster child of how we should NOT behave as women and how we should NOT raise our daughters.

I have often thought that if Hunter Tylo had been Eve in the Garden of Eden, she would NOT have been tempted to eat the apple which was the fall of mankind. Why you ask? Simple -- the serpant, or satan, has been described as the most beautiful creature in all of Eden. This would have pissed off Hunter Tylo and she would have killed the serpant out of jealousy and buried him under the tree, apple and all, so SHE could be the fairest creature in the garden.

The bitch makes me ill, but that should be fairly obvious by now.

Roz on disliking HT:

For anyone interested as to why people dislike HT, here's the beginning of a list that explains why people may dislike her.

1.  Her only claim-to-fame in regards to her career goes is that she's beautiful -- and that person after person keeps telling her so.

2.  She left her CHILDREN for a fling in another country. This is a BIG NO-NO, and a very good reason to dislike her personal character (not the character she plays).

3.  She blamed her fling on THE DEVIL... and never did quite take responsibility for her own behavior. She never flat out said I FUCKED UP BIG TIME (or the equivalent thereof). Instead, she shirked the truth and went for the Devil defense. Sorry, this chick AIN'T BUYING!

4.  That freakin' book she wrote -- she wrote for sympathy, publicity or a combination of the two.

5.  BTW, you don't write a TELL-ALL book about yourself and then expect people to NOT TALK about the contents.  And never count on it all being POSITIVE either.

6.  The pregnancy that she didn't show -- I'm sorry but I found that to be UTTERLY DISGUSTING. I saw what she looked like, and she was strutting herself around as though she wasn't pregnant at all... in a beautiful business suit. I'm CERTAIN that she showed in her OTHER pregnancies -- so why was this one DIFFERENT? It was different because she was heading off to court and wanted to make AN IMPRESSION to the jurors. BTW, I gained about 25 lbs this past pregnancy -- and Mo and the Fabulous East Coasties can tell you that I SHOWED! There was no mistaking that I was having a baby. HT doesn't have the bod to carry off a 'not showing' type of pregnancy. She's BONES... So anything growing inside her IS BOUND TO SHOW... but amazingly she didn't show. This would lead PRACTICALLY EVERYONE to believe that she wasn't eating properly. This is tantamount to child neglect/abuse if this is the case. Another GOOD reason not to like her.

7.  If I hear one more person refer to her BEAUTY, I will puke green gizards and purple daffodils. She just sits there and smiles... and you have to wonder what the hell she's thinking -- it should be INSULTING if the only thing a person noticed about her is her OUTER beauty. Notice how they don't mention her acting ability or whatever. You have to wonder WHEN she's going to tire of hearing about her own beauty. Yeah, she's beautiful... but her life IS A WRECK, and all the beauty in the world can't change the fact that she left her CHILDREN for a FLING.. and at least the OLDEST ONE most likely will never trust her again because he was old enough to know what's going on.

Zoe on disliking HT:

I don't think that Hunter was a brave woman fighting for women's rights like she claimed she was. She did a disservice to women everywhere by insinuating that a woman has no choice over when she gets pregnant when she does indeed have that choice.

The Spelling Case. She was going to come on Melrose Place about 5 months pregnant and steal Heather Locklear's hubby? Give me a break. The woman would have made a complete ass of herself and the show. If she was already on the show and had shot a few episodes, I would have been on her side, but Hunter signed this contract that said her appearance wasn't to change when by the time they started shooting it had. I have to wonder if she was already pregnant and knew full well her appearance would change. Isn't there a law against signing a contract under false pretenses?

Spelling, upon finding out, offered her a different role on the show 9 months down the line. Unfortunately for Hunter, money burned a hole through her pocket and she could not afford to take Spelling up on his offer. Instead she went crawling back to Bradley on her hands and knees, maybe even literally, and got her job back. She must have something on Bradley because he immediately gave her back her job and gave her Ridge on a silver platter too, something she wanted. Rumor has it that another condition was that JT (Thorne) was to be fired for letting out the secret of her pregnancy. Like I said, she must have something on Bell.

Well back to the Spelling matter, she went back to B&B and Gloria AllRedLipstick took on her case for pregnancy discrimination. I think Hunter and Gloria, in all their hypocritical 'wisdom' decided that the best defense would be for Hunter to get pregnant. This time she would look sexy and spectacular in order to combat the video of a beached whales runway proposal. So Hunter gets preggers and goes on a diet, only somewhere along the line Hunter's diet turned into anorexia and she really started dropping the pounds.. She was playing pregnant on the show and people were told she was wearing a pillow so, it came as a complete shock to the Jury that she was 8 months pregnant and they awarded her 4.89 million for her trouble.

Spelling, fired his incompetent Legal team (they didn't go after Hunter enough over her pregnancy) and hired a new one and started appeals. They were probably well prepared when it came out that Hunters daughter had a pretty much fatal eye cancer. It was at that point that Spelling dropped his case because from that point on he would have been seen as the rich bastard being mean to the poor mother.

It was sometime around there that Hunter was on the cover of all the tabloids selling the story of her daughter's cancer. I remember having this nagging feeling in the back of my mind that if Hunter wasn't starving herself all throughout her pregnancy maybe her daughter wouldn't be so sick. Have doctors performed study's on the effects of starving a fetus? She also made some comments on Oprah that the worse thing was that her daughter wouldn't be able to see her face. Is her face the only thing worth seeing?

Now she has out a book where she blames all her past dirty behavior on Kimberlin Browns demonic influence. Does this woman have no choices in life? She seems to be a professional blamer who is always looking for a scapegoat rather than be in control of her own life. I have no respect for women like that and I will bash them when and where I see fit.

Thoughts on HT with KKL

From Shelley:

I think HT dislikes KKL because KKL is the star and center of B&B. HT is not, nor was she ever, nor will she ever be. All of her storylines over the last few years have been utter turkeys--and she was relegated to the back burner in the most recent storyline (Morgan's impregnation), even though she was one of the principal players. KKL has splendid chemistry with everyone, male and female, that she shares the screen with...except HT. HT has anti-chemistry. She sucks the life out of any scene she is in, and her and RM's chemistry is laughably absent, despite the show's attempts to make them appear sexy by having them do it all the time. KKL has devoted fans who love her character, flaws and all--and they have truth on their side, not the rewritten crap which benefits Taylor that Bell tries to foist off as the show's history.

If HT is jealous of KKL's ongoing vitality and the fact that she is absolutely pivotal to this show (even if her character is constantly slammed, the plain truth is the show would not work without her because who would be everyone's whipping girl then?), whereas HT's character is more and more unimportant with each ridiculous, forced, pathetic storyline, she has no one to blame but herself and her 'morality clause.' She limited her own storylines, not to mention those of many of her co-stars (RM in particular) by insisting that Taylor be regarded as a role model, a moral beacon, the only woman who has Ridge's children, and that she and Ridge never divorce. Her storylines are stupid because they have to be written in such a way that Taylor makes mistakes and does stupid things (which are a lot of what make soap operas fun to watch--characters making mistakes and doing stupid things), but she is NEVER punished for them, or even acknowledges that they were mistakes or stupid things. This has the side effect of creating a great deal of resentment among viewers who don't swallow the revisionist history and don't see Taylor as the role model that she is presented as--especially since at the same time, Brooke, whose mistakes and stupid actions are about equal in perfidy and number to Taylor's, is beaten down constantly by hypocrites who have no right acting so holy, including none other than Taylor herself.

This resentment has grown into hatred among many people. If HT intended the audience to love Taylor because she is presented as so moral and unselfish, the effect was the opposite. Except for a certain subsection of fans who would adore her no matter what, viewers for the most part either don't care about Taylor at all or out and out hate her. Brooke has unwittingly become the underdog heroine due to HT's insistence on painting Taylor as moral and upstanding. People see Taylor get away with all manner of crap while Brooke is punished for far less. Not only that, Taylor's IQ has dropped below subnormal levels, and it is hard to sympathize with a woman who is so STUPID (on top of being such a hypocrite) to read the very obvious handwriting on the wall with regards to Morgan.

I may not be making much sense at this point...but the upshot of what I'm trying to say is that I think HT dislikes KKL because KKL is talented, professional, a hard worker, and doesn't demand that ridiculous concessions be made for her character, nor does she throw tantrums (as far as I know) to get her way. KKL just shows up and does her work, and takes many more hearts home with her flawed but good-hearted character than HT ever can with her trumped up, rewritten, fake 'role model' character.

Thoughts on fault

From Melissa:

How come every crime that Taylor has committed isn't her fault.

1) Taylor slept with James- It wasn't her fault. Ridge was with that tramp Brooke. James was afraid to die a virgin. She had to sleep with him.

2) Taylor was seeing Brooke's children against Brooke's wishes playing stephmommy. It wasn't her fault. She had a right to see Brooke's children because Stephanie said it was okay.

3) Taylor married Omar knowing how she was- It wasn't her fault, she was confused. She was hurt watching Brooke and Ridge be together.

4) Taylor came back to destroy Brooke and Ridge's marriage-- It wasn't her fault. She had made a decision but she changed her mind. Her feelings came in front of everyone.

5) Taylor made it seem like she and Ridge slept together to Brooke when Brooke and Ridge were engaged- It wasn't her fault. If Brooke couldn't figure it out that Ridge had fallen asleep on a plane too bad.

6) Taylor lied about Thomas's real father- It wasn't her fault. She broke into Brooke's house and went to her bedroom thinking that Brooke and Ridge slept together. Taylor couldn't take the pressure, Thorne and Brooke made her lie, even after she begged them not to tell the truth.

7) Taylor lied to Thorne about marrying him- It wasn't her fault. He should have known that she didn't want him.

8)Taylor slept with Blake and Ridge the same week- It wasn't her fault. She really wanted Ridge.

9) Taylor played a trick on Venice on Brooke- It REALLY wasn't her fault. Ridge and Eric made her. She didn't take any pleasure in hurting Brooke.

10) Taylor left her infant premature babies at home- It wasn't her fault. She was dragged kicking and screaming on the plane. Although she found time for shopping.

11) Morgan betrayed Taylor- It wasn't her fault. Brooke warned Taylor but Taylor couldn't possibly listen to Brooke.

12) Taylor killed Morgan's baby- It wasn't her fault--Morgan shouldn't have come to Taylor's house.
* Note to all of the people who says that Brooke killed Macy, Taylor killed Ridge's son on the same premise.

12) Taylor doesn't feel any real guilt about killing that baby-- It's not her fault-- she is too worried about her rat-heated hubby to be concerned about any other children.

13) Taylor raced her butt over to Brooke's house to berate her and hold on to Ridge when Bridget was missing-- It's not her fault. Taylor couldn't take the chance that Ridge might change her mind.

14) Taylor used her medical training to 'guilt' Ridge into giving up Brooke-- It wasn't her fault. Ridge shouldn't want Brooke when he could have had her.

Thought's on Taylor's whining

Shelley's thoughts on Taylor's whining:

Poor, put-upon Tayliarlippyskank. If this bony, knock-kneed, saggy, stupid, pathetic bimbo spent more time with her three children (she is, after all, a housewife) instead of chicken dancing in ugly K-Mart lingerie for her brain-dead husband and boffing his two brain cells out in his office for all of thirty seconds at a time and running around town with a virtual stranger she considers her 'best friend,' then I'd have more tolerance for her whining.

Thoughts on the 'dumb tramp'

(Note:  Yeah, this could have been listed under one of the other topics, but Shelley's post rocks and deserves its own section!)

Taylor is a dumb tramp and immoral. She lied about her child for nearly a year because her pwecious feewings were hurt, and then foisted the blame off on others. She spread her legs for her patient and to this day knows her husband is unaware of this, but still considers herself entitled to preach about honesty and morals. She conceives children to 'fix' her marriage rather than dealing with her problems like a grownup. She drops her kids like so many dolls to interfere in a relationship that is none of her business, and has the nerve to claim 'lofty' motives like 'protecting the health' of that poisonous hag she calls her mother-in-law...although she didn't care enough about the hag's health to get her any kind of help for her anger and hatred for Brooke, because she found that anger and hatred useful in her quest for Ridge and exploited it for many years. Whenever she shows any kind of spine, all it takes is a dirty look from Stephanie or a kiss and a boinking session from Ridge for her to back down. She slept with two men in a 24-hour period. She accused a grief- and worry-stricken Brooke of 'using Bridget's disappearance to manipulate Ridge,' then pretended she was comforting Brooke when Ridge walked in the room, and pretended she actually cared about Bridget and was at Brooke's house as a professional when all she wanted to do was keep an eye on Ridge. She is allegedly a housewife but spends all her time away from her kids, running around town with a virtual stranger. She yaks about Brooke before, after, (and probably during) coitus with her husband. She is a disgrace to her profession and uses her shrink's credentials to manipulate people and get what she wants. She has never admitted that she's done anything wrong and always blames other people for her own mistakes.

She barged into Brooke's office uninvited to gossip about her behind her back with Stephanie. She barged into Brooke's office uninvited again and implied she was a bad mother and a bad CEO, though she herself knew nothing about how to be either. She had the nerve to justify her actions in Venice by saying she 'needed proof that Brooke still had feelings for Ridge,' when scant weeks before, she was RELYING on Brooke still having feelings for Ridge by asking her to be there for Ridge should she croak from TB, which, unfortunately, she didn't. She even had the nerve to barge into Brooke's office (something she does very frequently, despite whining about wanting Brooke out of her life--Brooke was perfectly willing to stay out of Taylor's pathetic life, and it was Taylor who insisted on imposing her worthless self on Brooke's life) and demand that Brooke 'admit' she was still in love with Ridge; it's like she can't be happy unless some other woman wants her disgusting pig of a husband, and thus she feels validated that she has a prize and is, by association, a prize herself.
