Part of the Youth Opportunity Center Campus includes ten of these residential cottages. The focus of this center for youth was to give them a sense of 'Home', rather than feeling institutionalized. Each cottage houses 10-12 youths, separated by gender, age, and required care. Cottages include three living areas, kitchen, dining, laundry, an office, and sleeping rooms for 2 or 3 residents. Each sleeping room has its own bathroom. Skylights and large window areas at the end of each living area provide a lot of natural light.
