I would like to continue this colorful history by running a successful write-in campaign for governor in 2002.
It is my assumption, that, given the right candidate, apathetic voters will turn out in historic numbers.
My administration will eliminate the state's income tax and try to return more of your money to you, so that our economy can grow.
Eventually, I feel, enough people will write-in Thomas Taylor, to elect a man of the people to Maryland's State House.

After all, you are the only special interest I have to listen to. We may not agree on some things, but I am sure we can agree that Maryland needs a governor for all Marylanders.
