There are so many words to describe the Hanson family middle brother. Talented, educated, polite, handsome, charming, do I need to go on? Taylor Hanson's powerful voice could break windows and move mountains. He has so much soul that you could mistake him for a Motown singer. As a matter if fact, his influences include soul greats such as Aretha Franklin and Otis Redding. Yet Taylor has his own kind of style, the kind that make thousands of fans scream out his name. He adds sorrow to sad songs ("Yearbook," "With you in your dreams," "Weird") and anger to fast ones ("Look at You," "Money," "Speechless.") His famous raspy voice often brings tears to people's eyes (believe me, I've seen!) It doesn't matter if he's talking or singing, girls will keep on screaming for Taylor. Not to say he doesn't have more to offer. As far as a musician, Tay's a master at the keyboards, spitting out notes like there's no tomorrow. He has also tackled instruments such as drums, guitar, and the tambourine.
Taylor's blue eyes and sexy smile can make a puddle of goo out of most anyone. Tay has an awesome sense of style, usually looking very put together and trendy in public. He can make something as ordinary as jeans and a baseball tee look fabulous! Even his trademark rat tail is sexy! It's almost like he has a golden touch. A real perfectionist, he keeps his brothers on track whenever they get out of control. He puts his all into performing - singing, playing, jumping around, and constantly keeping the fans involved. He takes care of his fans, always smiling and waving to girls who try to get his attention. Taylor knows how important 'em Hanson fans are...and we thank him for it.

What he was like a kid: really hyper, liked to draw dinosaurs, would never take off his baseball cap, and ran around the house with a fake sword in his hand. The first song that he played on the piano was "Mary Had a little Lamb." He broke his arm 4 or so years ago when he was riding his bike down a hill. Seeing his parents at the bottom, he stopped abruptly. Well, he went flying through the air and that's how it all happened. There was also a time when he used to run around naked with cowboy pistols (*slap* dirty thoughts...dirty thoughts)...he was about three at the time.
