Steve,
I have a very bad, retyped version of Thomas, Sr.'s will. It seems thatPeter got all of the land in Pennsylvania and Thomas and Phillip got theland in Virginia that they went there to settle. Of course, the girlsgot little (Rebecca and Lydia got 40 shillings, big whoop!). I have thatThomas Babb, Sr. died 13 Feb. 1751. It seems that the westward ho!started very early. With Peters clan moving west and Thomas Jr.'sfollowing the Appalachian Trail South with a group of Quakers.
Your Southern Cuz,
Maggie
