Wow - it been a WHOLE YEAR since the Caption Competition started. Is that a good enough excuse to celebrate? (You bet it is). And I'd have celebrated even earlier were it not for the cyclone that blew through this part of the world. Well, at the very least thats my excuse for why this result is late.

But here we are and I suppose I should just announce the winner. Well, what can I say - is this guy good or what! Steve W. just seems to have that whacky sense of humour that gets to me. (And, no - he hasn't bribed me - yet).
