Graphics on these background sets are from my personal collection. They are either from collected graphics that I have scanned, purchased royal-free CDs, photographs, or free graphic sites. The free graphic sites imply that they are providing tubes and sometimes tile backgrounds with no stipulations.

If you find a graphic that you have copyright too, please notify me and I will either pull that set down, or give credit where credit is due.

If your site contains pornographic material, violence, cruelty to children or animals, or discrimination against the disabled, do NOT place any of TBear's Creations websets on your site. By doing so you are violating the terms of use.

The backgrounds/graphics in these sets may not be altered in any manner. This includes resizing, changing the color in images, cutting for use as banners, dividers, sigtags, adoptions, or logos or any other web page.

If you wish to use any of TBear's Creations websets, you must use only the ones provided for that set. In other words, you may not "mix and match" webset images from one set to another set.

Do not convert any graphics into tubes, filters, masks, or include in a collection set for download.

You may not use any part of any webset in the design of your own webset, whether for personal or commercial use. All sets require a link back to TBear's Creations main page. The url for that is below and will be provided on each linkware page.

You may not add any additional graphics to any of the websets. You must use the logo button provided for each set. That logo should be linked back to the url provided. No separate credits pages are acceptable.

All sets are linkware but may also be purchased. If you are interested in purchase, email me at tbearscorner@yahoo.com for availability. Once you verify your intent, that set will be temporarily removed. After 5 business days if amount has not been received, the set will be again listed. There will be a section that is strictly for purchase. You will have to email me for the files and coding if needed. You will find on TBear's Creations background listings page a link for Pay Pal.

I also have created and designed numerous websites. If you are interested in a site, or maybe just one or two pages for someone specials birthday, anniversary, wedding, memorial, etc., you can see the pricing here TBear's Creations reserves the right to deny permission to use any of its graphics where the user's website does not conform to these Terms of Use.

Sigtags

These terms are a little simplier. Feel free to use the sigtags for guestbooks or comment sections. I will provide a coding that you can copy and paste if you do NOT have a source to store your images. Each sigtag created will have my logo on it. Under no circumstances should it be altered in a graphic program. If you use your own image storage source then no link back is required. In the copy and paste coding a link to TBear's Creations has been added. If you use my coding, do NOT alter it or add additional graphics to that coding.
