LEESBURG - Lindsey Wolf and the rest of the players on Leesburg's girls soccer team didn't take long to decide that Emily Morgan was the person they wanted as their coach.

Nor did it take long for the school's administration and search committee to come to that conclusion.

Call it a benevolent rivalry. The Orlando Nighthawks and Central Florida Kraze of the United Soccer Leagues share the same field, many former teammates and a common goal, both hoping to capture the elusive local market.

Is Edgewater High big enough for both of them? They find out this weekend with three games in three days. The Kraze (3-1) will take on Clarksville, Tenn., at 8 tonight and the Cocoa Expos at 4 p.m. Sunday.

For an amateur club competing in the United Soccer League, where three other Orlando teams have failed the previous two years, the Central Florida Kraze could not have hoped for a better debut.

They drew an announced crowd of 1,227 fans in their home opener, sold more than 100 season-ticket T-shirts outside the gate and won on the field, posting a 3-1 victory against the Bradenton Academics at Edgewater High.
