We are also supported by 101FM radio our local radio station, ABC Brisbane radio by Spencer Howson, Albert & Logan News our local newspaper.
I started this Fan Club 23rd February 1999 as I have always loved and respected ELVIS PRESLEY AND STILL DO. If you know me you will know this is true today. ELVIS IS EVERYTHING TO ME.
I wanted to share my love of him with others by starting an Elvis Fan Club.
When we first started there was only 6 members and it has grown over the years from then. Some have come and gone but a few have been with me from the start. (We have members ages from 5yrs to upwards. Male and Females.)
Some people have asked me why do we need to join a Elvis Fan Club?
Well it's simply because we meet when we can, share our thoughts of Elvis and if anything that is related to Elvis happens we get early bird tickets or a chance to meet and greet Elvis' friends when they visit here. e.g. Red West (Elvis' friend and body guard) Sonny West (Red's cousin and Elvis' friend and body guard), Joe Esposito (Elvis' Friend and Road Manager) when they were here.
We also hear first hand when a new product comes out into the market to buy.
It's only $27 Aus to join and you receive a Membership Card, Thank You for joining certificate and 6 bi-monthly newsletters. We also have Associate Members ($5 Membership) they don't receive any Newsletters but still can attend functions if they are available.

We follow shows like Dean Vegas ( Elvis) The Queen Show ( Freddie Mercury a..k.a John Blunt) also Deke Rivers (Elvis) Mark Andrew (Elvis) (From Melbourne),Elvis to the Max (Max Pellicano) Gabe Phoenix (Elvis) also any other Elvis Impersonator or Tribute Artists we are told about.
An Elvis Impersonator, impersonates Elvis exactly the way Elvis would have done a show. Moves, Jokes etc.
AnElvis Tribute Artist (E.T.A.)
An Elvis Tribute Artis does just that does a Tribute to Elvis. Most of them changes the lyrics of a song (Not all of them do this) but they all are just keeping Elvis' Memory alive for us to enjoy.
It doesn't matter how they do their show, the bottom line it is professionally done and with love to the Greatest Man of Music.
The only thing I asked you to do is go to a show for yourself and support it as they will keep doing shows like this for us while we want them.But please don't compare them to anyone as they have their own style of doing the show and try to help us remember what we were doing when we heard a certain song or saw him in the movies.
