ABOUT MY SCHOOL

My school, at present, is the Elizabeth Ann Clune Montessori Adolescent Program. It's okay. It is VERY demanding academically. Now, normally, if I do say so myself, that woud not be a big problem. Howeverthe schools I've attended before this year have had very little academic structure. Instead they were focused on 4-H. The school I went to last year was a little homeschooling cooperative called Stone Circle Collective that was started by parents of the old Waldorfschool. (That was where I used to go, until it closed:-( ) It was a fun school, even though it had only 13 or 14 kids usually. One of the teachers actually used to teach at the old Waldorf school, and he was INCREDIBLE!

Speaking of the old Waldorf school, here is how my school situation has been since Pre-K:

1994-1995: Waldorf Kindergarten
1996-1999: Waldorf elem. school
1999-2000: Homeschooled for half the year, Stone Circle other half
2000-2001: Stone Circle
2001-2002: Montessori
2002-2003: Almost definitely Montesorri again

as you can see, it has not been very stable.

My best friend Ari used to go to the old Waldorf school, too. He now goes to Belle Sherman Elementary (although he'll be out next year, probably to ACS).
