Northern California Chapter Membership
The Traffic Control Supervisors Association (T.S.C.A) was formed for the following purposes:
 | To provide a means and environment for exchange of ideas and knowledge for
mutual benefit. |
| Through association, to keep abreast of the latest mechanical and
technical developments of materials, tools and equipment. |
| To meet periodically for the purpose of discussing subjects of general or specific interest which may be traffic zone painting, curb markings, traffic control signs, or general traffic control problems. |
There shall be three classes of membership in the T.C.S.A.: Regular, Associate and Life
Regular Membership: shall be open to any full time employee of a city, town or other jurisdiction whose primary duties are working with traffic painting, sign maintenance or related fields and who pays annual dues.
Associate Membership (Vendor): may be granted to any individual or company upon application for membership, and payment of prescribed annual dues, subject to the approval of the Board.
Life Member: shall be an individual who has been a Regular Member, or an Associate Member (Vendor) who has been retired from his/her company or agency.
