MUNICIPALITY CHECKLIST
 FOR HOSTING T.C.S.A. MEETINGS

 

The hosting municipality should attend the executive board meeting the month prior to the workshop. At the meeting the hosting municipality should:

1. Have reserved a meeting facility and arranged a luncheon:

· Lunches should cost between $10 - $13 preferably under $12.00.
·
Expect between 40 – 60 people to attend
·
Meetings usually start with a vendors meeting at 10 or 10:30 a.m.
·
Registration usually starts at 10:30 a.m.
·
Workshops start at 11:00 a.m.
·
Lunch is usually at 12 noon.

2. Provide the Secretary:

· Written directions to the meeting location.
·
A map to the meeting location.
·
Any other pertinent information.

 

One week prior to the meeting the hosting municipality will receive the RSVP count for lunches.

The Association will pay the lunch providers an established price per lunch ticket collected.
