MUNICIPALITY CHECKLIST
FOR HOSTING T.C.S.A. MEETINGS
The hosting municipality should attend the executive board meeting the month prior to the workshop. At the meeting the hosting municipality should:
1. Have reserved a meeting facility and arranged a luncheon:

Lunches should cost between $10 - $13 preferably under $12.00.2. Provide the Secretary:

Written directions to the meeting location.
One week prior to the meeting the hosting municipality will receive the RSVP count for lunches.
The Association will pay the lunch providers an established price per lunch ticket collected.
