Administrative Management - Supervised up to 15 employees in a variety of environments. Traveled to Mexico for USDA to verify the spayed heifer program over a three year period.

Communication Skills - Developed written information for private client education on various subjects. In public service, held meetings with farmers and ranchers, introducing both oral and written information on various disease programs. Oral presentations on computers, education and disability issues to community groups.

Organizational Abilities - Established effective working relationships between management and state and Federal officials while with APHIS and FSIS. Developed schedules and assignments for five inspectors in the SW quarter of Oklahoma; resolved day to day problems with producers; presented written and oral information to producers with follow up visits and telephone conversations which co-ordinated activities for the Brucellosis, TB and foreign animal disease programs.

Computer Abilities - Knowledge of both hardware and software, ability to assemble computer systems for business applications. Software capabilities include word processors, databases and spread sheets. Familiar with Windows 95/98, WordPerfect, MSWorks, MS Office, as well as HTML editors and web site design.
