Director of Statistical Analysis

A single woman in Washington who has spent 15 years is a dank, dark basement keeping statistical records for the police department.  She and the Chief become quick friends and she joins the "Circle" of the Chief's allies. Is trying to raise her nephew alone after his mother (Ella's sister) is murdered  in front him by her ex-husband.  Is currently battling the ex-husband's family for custody of the child. Is the creator and keeper of the complex computer network at COMSTAT.
