The right hand woman of Mayor Ethan Baker.  Responsible for bringing Chief Mannion to Washington.  Helps the Chief as much as she can but often finds herself bending the rules to do it. Is becoming the target of a Congressional investigation into management of city funds.  Her father is a construction company owner who may be involved in questionable acitivities.
