Removal Exam

Anyone who obtained a grade of 4.0 may take the removal examination, provided he or she did not retake the same subject after getting this grade.

To take the removal exams, secure a removals permit from your college. Have your teacher sign this, then go to the university registrar to process your permit.

On examination day, bring 2 bluebooks and your exam permit. No permit, no exam.

For the removal exam, you only need to get a passing grade of 60% in order to obtain a final grade of 3.0. Otherwise, you get a grade of 5.0. No other grades will be given -- i.e, no incomplete or 4.0 shall be given to anyone who takes the removals. Coverage of the removals is the same as the coverage for the finals (read: everything).

Removal Examinations for Math will be on June 1, 2001, 1-3 PM at the Math Building. Please come at least 15 minutes before the schedule to check the room assignments.
