Rules:
8.00 FORFEITURES
8.01 If the required number of players (eight) has not been met by game time by one of the teams (and the grace period has expired) the team having the required number shall win by forfeit and the score shall be 6-0. If both teams fail to have the required number of players, the game will be declared a double-forfeit and will not be made-up.
a. Nine (9) players shall constitute a legal team. Players must be in playing area.
Games may be played with a minimum of eight (8) players. (There is a maximum of five men per team on the field.)
b. There will be 15-minute grace period (comes off playing time) from regularly scheduled starting time in order to allow teams time to assemble the required number players (eight). If the grace period has been invoked and a team does not have the required number of players until 10 - 15 minutes has elapsed, then the opposing team will have their choice to begin each half. EXAMPLE: Team A does not have the required number of players at game time, the grace period is invoked. Twelve (12) minutes after the original scheduled game time Team A now has the required number of players. Team B has their choice to kick or receive for each half.
c. If eight players are present, these eight must start. (maximum of five (5) men)
d. All games will be played in two 30-minute halves. The clock will run at all times,
except:
e. Time between halves will-be three minutes.
f. The field will be 80 yards long (goal line to goal line) and 50 yards wide.

b. Touchdown - 9 points - (When a female scores or completes a touchdown pass)
c. Safety - 2 points
d. Extra point - 1 point (from 3-yard line - pass or run.)
e. Extra point - 2 points (from 1 0-yard line - pass or run.)
f. In case of a tie at the end of regulation play, the ball is placed in the center of the field and each team is given four extra downs, under the same playing conditions. The team accumulating the most yardage (a touchdown counts) at the end of these downs will be declared the winner.
g. No field goal attempts will be permitted.
a. Their will be NO KICKOFFS. The ball is placed on the 20 yard line at the beginning of the game, half-time and after all scores.
b. On scrimmage kicks (punts), the team kicking must announce their intention to kick.
c. Neither team may leave the scrimmage line until the ball has been kicked. Both offensive and defensive teams must have five players on the line.
e. When the ball is punted, the ball is DOWNED when touched by the kicking team; Dead when dropped by the receiving team. If the receiving team does not catch the ball and it drops on the ground, the receiving team can pick it up and it is still considered a live ball. A fair catch may be called. The person receiving the punt may run forward, lateral, the ball off, or throw the ball forward. Only one forward pass is allowed. Any number of laterals are allowed. Once the ball is advanced on the ground, it cannot be passed. If the pass option is used and is incomplete, the ball goes back to the point from which it is thrown. If the pass is intercepted the intercepting team becomes the offense and has the option to run forward with the ball or lateral it off. The intercepting team MAY NOT pass the ball forward.
a. All blocking must be done with both feet on the ground and contact made above the waist. Exception: A blocker who loses personal body control due to an opponent's aggressiveness after contact shall not be penalized.
Two on one blocking is not permitted.
d. Under no condition is a rolling block permitted.
e. No check blocks once receivers leave the line of scrimmage and proceeds 5 yards.
f. Offensive lineman may use extended arm (Pro Block) provided palms are facing opponent and blocker is either stationary or moving backward. Contact must be made between the waist and shoulders.
g. Blocking or pushing a ball-carrier who is running near a sideline for the purpose of knocking him out-of-bounds and stopping his progress is a foul (15 yard penalty).
h. There is no knee blocking or tripping allowed by the offense or defense.
i. When teams are on the line of scrimmage the line-up must be women on women, men on men. A man may not line-up opposite a women. When a woman initiates a block, she does so at her own peril.
j. No one is allowed to hit the center unless the center initiates the block. No one can hit the center at any time unless the center initiates contact.
k. There is no restriction on the number of people who are eligible to rush.
a. It is the offensive players responsibility to make sure flags are legally in place.
b. If an offensive player loses his/her flag in a play the game becomes one hand touch (between shoulders and knees) during that play.
c. If an offensive players loses both flags during a play, the official shall declare the ball dead, and play will end at that point.

a. All players are eligible to receive a legal forward pass, the passer cannot pass to himself.
b. A forward pass may be thrown from any point behind the line of scrimmage on a given play.
c. Unlimited number of forward passes as long as the passer is behind the line of scrimmage.
d. Forward passes, lateral passes or air fumbles recovered by the defense may be advanced only when the ball has not touched the ground.
e. A player must have complete possession of the ball and land with one foot inbound, to be a legal reception.
a. A player may run with the ball from behind the line of scrimmage.
b. The ball-carrier may not: stiff arm to ward off an opponent, knock the hands of the
defense away, flag guard, deliberately charge a defensive player or be helped, pushed, or pulled by his teammates.
a. A first down will be awarded at each 20-yard line and the 40-yard line (maximum of three).
b. Lines-to-gain will be indicated by a pylon or cone at each 20-yard line and the 40-yard line.
c. A female must either throw a completed pass, catch a pass, or run with the ball for plus yardage. (Remember, a female herself, has to actually move the ball forward beyond the line of scrimmage for plus yardage.) This means in order to obtain a first down a female must be involved actively in at least ONE of the four downs. If a female is not involved in at least ONE OF THE FOUR downs, no matter how many yards are gained, the team will not obtain a first down.
a. There shall be a minimum of five players on the offensive line.
b. No players shall interlock legs.
c. All offensive players must be within 15 yards of the ball when it is declared ready for play.
d. No direct snaps. (Player receiving snap must be at least 3 yards from center.)
