Here is Andy pulling Jay's Monte Carlo in line for inspection/registration. This is before the 3rd heat for this car. Jays stepfather was supposed to drive it, but after the bad luck with the wagon he let Jay run it. Didnt have good luck with this one either, it overheated shortly after this pic was taken and wouldnt run right the rest of the day.
