Superstar: Stone Cold Steve Austin| MRE:IAATG | Alignment: Face |
Deck Name:Austin Suplexs Mr Gay|
Date:2nd April 2002|

Well, as the name implies. this Stone Cold Steve Austin deck is going to be suplex filled. However, not your usual Suplex nor the Tazz version type decks. No no... We have.....The Superplexing Austin! Yup, Superplex one of the most overlooked card in Raw Deal. Though limited, it can be devastating if pulled off and if played in the correct deck. Austin was made for Superplex. Combing with strategic maneveurs and planning, you should be able to hit an amazing 18F by turn 2. Together with Austin quick cycling ability and his daunting foils, you will find it easy to pull off this feat. Let's take a look at the deck: (note: I modified the deck after submission to Team Canada, below is the modified version)

Well, let's start off with the Prematch. With the introduction of Prematch, you are given the chance to alter the start of the match. For this deck, try playing 1 High Fives then 1 Student of the Sport, milling 7. Now comes the deciding moment: If, 2 of more key cards (I will go into it soon) lands up in the Ringside, then I sugest using another High Fives to take those 2 back. However, if nothing apleases, then play an Awesome Pyro.

First off, look at your hand. You should get these, the basis of the deck to get 18F: 1 Turn the Tide, 1 Neckbreaker, 1 Throw into Corner Turnbuckle, 1 Big Splash OR Austin Elbow Smash. By using High Fives, you at least ensure yourself you get 1 of these cards. However, you may use the Pyro to fine tune your hand then pick cards for High Fives. Trust me, getting this hand is not hard at all. 75-85% of the time you will get ideal hand. Moreover, if you are able to start first, you can always cycle your deck, faster then your opponent.

Onto the regular game sequence. Try to draw and cycle your deck, fine tuning your hand. Try to keep back a few turns. Take some hits from your opponent, best if its' 5D. That will give your opponent the 5F, and the 5F you need to Turn The Tide With. Now, on your turn(if against a Face opponent, check his hand using Student for any Just Bring It!), just play this: Turn the Tide, Neckbreaker, Austin Elbow OR Throw/Big Spash to hit the amazing 18F!! Now, you are open to 2 key cards in your deck, your killer card Superplex and the all weathered And That's the Bottom Line reversal.

Well, what's more to say? On the same turn, you can Throw and Superplex for the amazing 15D immediately! That's the key of the deck, Throw Superplex!! So by the 2nd or 3rd turn you would have reach 30+F. Try Get Crowd Support then Stone Cold Stunner him for more insult.

This deck plays effectively by itself. Just use Charismatic style to retrieve lost cards such as Commish Rulz or Throw and beat down your opponent. The 3 Puppies there are for recovery, and also for card drawing. Be quicker than your opponent on card draws, card advantages' the game. The maneveur's fortitude add up nicely, giving you 18 to 30F quickly. The Actions are violent, Open Up and Rattlesnake Rulz works wonder espcially with Half Hour. Ditch your hand, Fully Loaded for 4 cards. As for reversals, just to end your opponent's turn and start your beat down all over.

Bad matchup against Right to Censor and Christian. First off, RTC is able to "censor" out your Face cards which are all vital to the deck. Turn the tide, charismatic style. This greatly slows down Austin. As for Christian, denial of card draw is a huge set back to the Rattlesnake. However, you can always get around them.

Have Fun with this deck, it made into Team Canada's Top 10 for March
