Team Pump have capped off a remarkable week of trading signing big name recruits and a wealth of young talent that is sure to add depth to an already powerful line-up. 3 big name players from other clubs were signed along with 6 new players willing to impress. Perhaps the biggest name on the market this season was Santos L Helper. After holding several talks with 'the strong CHF with a presence', Santos decided Pumpland was his home and has already signalled warnings to opposition Center Half Backs. We are also very happy to welcome Blues_Girl and GordonNoel, a former Dragon star who also wanted to return home. The Dragons had no choice but to let him go and they recieved Team Pump second grade players - Woofer and i_luv_westcoast as a minor consellation. We also welcome new players, Sabre_ac, Visro, Blues_Brat, Go South, WA and Sly77. All look to be future stars and we wish them all the best. In contrast to the Titans, nobody has elected to leave The Pump on their own accord. We have the most loyal and stable list in the competition and look the goods for season 2002. UP THE PUMP!!! NEW PLAYERS Sabre_ac: #1 Centre Half Back in the country. This young star plays with passion and like Santos vows to destroy any opposition Centre Half Forward that stands in his way. Visro: Gun Full Forward who was screwed over by Alf Andrews and The Titans. Looks to have slotted in perfectly into The Pump's deadly forward set-up. Blues_Brat: Quick and elusive. The Pump are expecting big things from this exciting young midfielder. Go South: Another midfielder with grunt. Hard at the ball and everything you'd want from an in and under on-baller. WA: Firey small forward with remarkable skills. Player of the future. Sly77: Recruted by the Pump after being 'mistreated' by former team mates. Sly has fitted in well with the boys and has already become a Team Pump favourite. FROM OTHER CLUBS Santos L Helper Blues_Girl GordonNoel DELISTED GLEN THE ICON The Shadow MB Samuels |
