* Under No Circumstances will we accept over-draft payments or payments from 3rd parties
* Up-Front Deposit of $250 to Reserve Rental applied to Rental
* Payment per week/month Rental Period Due prior or On Arrival - no acceptions.
* No-Smoking . If you smoke, do so in the beautiful out doors.
* Rental to Adults over 22 only.
* Kids are OK if kept on a leash! ; ^) (or reasonable control)
* The unit will be clean when you arrive... please respect our investment and clean up after yourself.
* Ask for Information on the area or Questions you may have. We want you to visit often!
