TC MOTORSPORTS DEBUTS IN SEATTLE 5/20-21

KENT, WA- After a strong finish in Portland with their recently developed Mazda Rx-7, TC Motorsports will make a debut appearence in Kent, WA at Seattle International Raceway. Known for its challenging elevation changes and blind corners, SIR will test both driver and machine of this newly formed team.

PRIMARY DRIVER TARYN 'RC' SPARACIO will be the first in the team to test this new car on one of the best road courses in the Pacific Northwest. Taryn will be driving in group NCW on Saturday. 'RC' had a great finish for her first time at PIR and in the car last month. "SIR is the track I took my race training at. I think I can use this to my advantage in the race coming up" says the talented new driver. This will be a tough race though with the "open" nature of the class she will be racing in.

TEST/ BACKUP DRIVER CARLO SPARACIO will make this race his first road race in the new machine. This will be Carlo's upgrade race to Area Driver after a rough 1999 season with many races missed. Carlo will be running the Pro 7 prepared Rx-7 in ITA due to an exhaust system that does not meet class specifications. Although the car is underprepared for Improved Touring the team hopes to place well in this highly competitive class. "With many of the ITA cars being Pro-7 prepared cars, I think we will have a good chance at placing well with the extra horsepower our car is making. I would be very happy with a mid pack finish." says Carlo. He will be racing on Sunday only due to the tight overlap of the team drivers race group track schedules.

The Team hopes that fans and supporters can come out and say "hi" and cheer on both TC Motorsports and fellow competitor Chuck Jessup with Team NW F-body in his Camaro Z-28.
