PART TWO OF "WITH YOU I FOUND LOVE, WITH LOVE I FOUND TRUTH"
So you want something to eat?" Robbie questioned as he stood up from the couch and took Amy's hand in his. It's funny, really, their hands seemed to fit perfectly in each other, like they were molded to fit together. Robbie always liked that about Amy, she fit against him with pieces in a Puzzle.
"Yeah sure, any ideas?" Amy asked standing up and walking with Robbie towards the door.
"Burger King?" Robbie smiled and his eyes whitened.
Amy rolls her eyes then shook her head ok. She didn't know what Robbie like about Burger King, he could eat it everyday if he was given the chance. Amy walked with Robbie and put her arm around his waist. Another perk of Robbie being only two Inches taller then she could put her arm around him without having to position it too much. Robbie and Amy walked out of the arena, still the calls from the superstars, telling them how proud they were.
The two walked outside the arena, and towards Robbie's rental car. Robbie opened the door for Amy before turning to the drivers side and stepping in. Vince had given both of them the Pay Per View off, which they were both grateful for. They drove down the highway, no car swere on the road, as Robbie switched lanes in an attempt to make it to the exit in time.
"Someday your going to get us killed with your driving" Amy laughed.
"Hey at least I don't drive like Jeff" Robbie smiled innocently.
"Good point" Amy said watching as they pulled into the drive through of Burger King.
"What do you want?" Robbie turned to her.
"Whopper, Jr." Amy replied.
Robbie shook his head as the waiter spoke up. "Can I help you?"
"Yeah can I have a Whopper Jr. and a Whopper" Robbie spoke into the box in the middle of the menu board.
"Anything to drink?"
"Two Cokes," Robbie replied.
"$8.25, next window." the Waiter replied.
Robbie pulled up to the window and gave the man nine dollars, he got his change and handed Amy the bags. Robbie pulled out of the parking lot and continued back down the highway towards their hotel room. Amy rested her hair on the window of the rental car as Robbie drove down the street.
After about fifteen minutes they pulled into the hotel and parked into the parking lot, Robbie walked out of the car and opened Amy's door. The two walked into the hotel, and signed in. They went to the elevator. Amy pressed the bottom for the fifth floor. Robbie took the Burger King bags off of Amy's hand, the elevator door opened and Robbie gave Amy the key. She walked to the door and started to place the key in the door knob, Robbie started to smile. Amy opened the door to the darkend hotel room. She turned on the lights and gasped.
That's when she saw it, on the bed of the room, a dozen white and red roses along with rose petals that drew out a path from the door to the bed. Amy turned back to Robbie and kissed his lips.
She smiled, "Thank you so much" she said as she walked along the path of petals. "Its Beautiful," she mouthed bending down to pick up the dozen roses that lay on the bed.
"Anything for you Ames" Robbie smiled walking into the room and placing the bag of food on to the table. He coughed to get Amy's attention. When she turned around she saw a rectangle like box between his fingers, she hurried over to him and he dropped the tape into her hands. She looked down at the tape again and smiled, she ran her fingers through his hair and she looked over the tape again.
"Peewee's Big Adventure" she said kissing his cheek.
Robbie led her over to the couch and let her sit down as he put the tape in the VCR. He also grabbed their Burger King bag and handed it to Amy. She took her sandwich out and laid back in the couch as the movie started. Robbie rested his head against her shoulder and started to eat his sandwich.
"This was a good idea on my part?" Robbie asked innocently, running his hand over Amy's stomach.
"Very Good Robbs" dhe smiled and put her hand over his.
They watched the movie in silence, and after Robbie had finished his sandwich he managed to lay his head down in her lap. He could feel her muscles contract every time she laughed. Towards the end of the movie Robbie looked up to Amy and she was asleep, her eyes closed tightly as if she was dreaming. Her lips were clutched tightly together a small smile growing at the corner of her lips. Robbie watched her in awe. This was going to be his wife, the most beautiful woman in the world, the most caring woman in the world, and she was going to be his. To love, to honor, and to hold. He considered himself the luckiest man in the world.
The movie had
ended and Robbie gently stood up, trying not to wake her.
He picked her up from the couch and carried her to the bed.
He took off her shoes and her ring pants, still trying not to
wake her. He slid her under the covers and kissed her
forehead. Robbie walked back to the couch and picked up the
wrappers from Burger King and threw them into the garbage
can. He went into the bathroom, shut the door and turned
the water on and stepped into the shower. Robbie laid his head
back against the tile wall. He couldn't stop the smile across his
lips every time he reminded himself what he had done that night.
He shut the water off and grabbed a towel to dry himself off,
pulling on his black boxer shorts. He walked back into the
bedroom of the hotel and walked slowly towards the bed. He slide
under the covers and wrapped his arms around Amy.
