40 Minutes Later...
"Go for it girl" I said to Andrea as she got ready to face Edge for the Intercontinental Title. "I'm so ready for this." Andrea said as "Awake" by Godsmack hit the P.A. and Andrea headed for the ring.

Andrea attacked Edge as soon as he got to the ring. Andrea laid kicks into his chest and head, then she pounded him with punches. Edge finally got up and clotheslined Andrea, he picked her up and threw her off the ropes and clotheslined her again.

Paul "Triple H" Levesque and I watched Andrea fight with Edge. "Andrea's push was your idea right?" I asked "Yeah, I mean she is a three time Hardcore Champion, she deserves it, Vince agreed, so here she is." Paul replied as Andrea nailed Edge with a DDT. "So it's all set up?" I asked after a few minutes. "Yeah, you guys are next." Paul replied. "This is the biggest moment of my career." I replied as Andrea attempted a "Tiger Bomb" but Edge reversed it into a face buster.

Andrea stood up, only to get speared by Edge, Edge makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3. Edge and Andrea shook hands after the match, and the crowd cheered.

"Heel turn?" I asked Paul. "You'll have to wait and see." Paul said smiling. Vince McMahon and Kurt Angle then entered the 'gorilla' position with Vince carrying the WWF Title. "I've hit the big time now." I said, Vince and Kurt started laughing. "You sure have." Vince said as he went out.

10 Minutes later...
Ric Flair came down to the ring and broke the news to Vince McMahon that he was 50% owner of the company. Once he said that Stone Cold Steve Austin and Ice came down to the ring and both men attacked Kurt Angle, Vince tried to pull both men off, but they turned their beatdown on him, all the while Ric Flair watched in a corner with the WWF Title draped over his shoulder.
Once Vince and Angle were out of the ring, Ice and Stonecold stood face to face with Ric Flair. Ice took the title off of his shoulder and put it over his. Ice then faced Stonecold and said "This isn't over."

"My god, the suspense is killing me." I said as I got backstage. "What suspense?" Austin asked. "Wednesday in L.A. I meet Melissa, and I'm just sick of waiting, I want to know if it is over or not?" I said. "All I can tell you is...." Ric Flair said "...waiting is the hardest part, but sometimes, it's worth it."

Cameron, NC - A few hours later
"Dammit Jeff, you don't have the right to yell at me." I said "Well Nicole. if you would stop treating me like a child who just scraped his knee, I wouldn't have to yell." Jeff said as we drove through Cameron, toward Jeff's house. "Jeff, I am not treating you like a child..." Jeff interrupted me "...could have fooled me, with the way you coddle me." "I don't coddle you, I just happen to care about you, which is obviously a lost concept for you." I yelled.
The rest of the trip was made in silence, when we got to Jeff's house I slept on his couch. The next morning, we drove to Fayetteville, NC, neither one of us said a word to each other. When we got to the arena, I split from Jeff and made my way to the women's dressing room where Amy was waiting for me. "What's with you and Jeff, it's been cold between the two of you." Amy replied. "Jeff is being such a jerk, he flies off the handle when I try to check on him." I replied.
"Nicole, don't worry about that, Jeff is like this all the time when he gets hurt." Amy said. "Well, now I know how Brandon feels." I replied. "What do you mean by that?" Amy asked as she ran a brush through her red hair.
"Brandon has been moping around backstage all week wondering if his relationship with Melissa is over, and now I feel the same way." I said. Amy looked straight at me and said. "Nicole, c'mon now, we know that's not going to happen, and I've known Jeff for a long time, he is a complicated person, he is going to be fine."
Trish Stratus then came into the dressing room and handed me a script for tonight. "We're working together." Trish said, I smiled. Trish was a good friend of mine and I wanted to work with her for a while now, tonight was my chance. I looked over the script and was surprised at what I saw "A gravy bowl match?" I replied. "Let's go show this to Stacy." Trish said.
We walked down
the hall to Stacy's dressing room. I knocked "Come in"
