PART NINE OF "POLITICALLY CORRECT"

BRANDON

Back at the pit

"Did Gutter take his car?" Mullaney asked. "No, he left on foot." Drozi said. "Well, let's see if he's back." I said as Melissa and I entered the house with Drozi and Mullaney in front of us.

Once we got inside, we overheard Drozi and Mullaney talking. "I mean its just one mans opinion, but I don't get this whole James Bond rasta thing." Drozi said. "I wanna know how this became about me all the sudden?" Mulls replied.

We heard cheering from inside the main room. "This a miracle" I said. "Monkeys pulled it off." Drozi replied. We charged in and saw.......an empty room, the cheering was coming from Pigman's TV. "What the hell is going on here?" Drozi asked. "Hi Drozi" Katie said as she swung from her chair.

"Are we having a party tonight?" Drozi asked, sarcastically. "Well, there's no publicity so there's no people. Gutter never showed up so there's no beer, our instruments just blew out so there's no band, and I think Raji and Deej may be dead." Cecilia said.

"Wait... no beer, where the hell is Gutter?" Drozi asked. "Probably in a parking lot somewhere picking his nose." Katie replied.

Drozi sighed. "Well there's one consolation." What's that?" Cecilia asked. "We haven't been protested yet." Drozi replied. "Um...does anyone wanna tell me why there are 24 Womynists beating bongos on our lawn?" Mulls said. Everyone rushed to the window and saw the Womynists protesting.

"Deadly zulu drum protest, haven't seen one of those since Sophomore year." Drozi replied. "Full on response" Katie said. "See, you try to spread joy and the Politically Correct shock troops just shut you down." Mulls said. "Don't they want to have a good time at least once in their lives?" Melissa asked.

Drozi walked away from the window. "That's a damn good point. Ok, it's true that the majority of the students are so cravenly P.C. they wouldn't know a good time if it bit them in the ass, but there is one thing that will always unite us and them. They are young, their beggin us....." Drozi started yelling "...please have a party, feed us drinks, get us laid."

Everyone looked confused. "That's a pretty strange theory Drozi." Dave Daniels said. "Yeah, besides, we don't have everything we need to pull this off, we don't have any instruments, we don't have people. We don't have any beer." Dave Daniels finished. Drozi looked at me and smiled. "That can be fixed."

NICOLE

10 Minutes later

Drozi pulled down a map of the campus. "We've got loose keg sightings near the freshmen dorms, two cases of White Zinfandel near the faculty club, and the mother load is the centennial ball." Drozi said.

Everyone cheered "Mulls, you are on CSUS radio in fifteen minutes, I suggest you hurry up and get over there....." Drozi said. "I'm on it." Mullaney said as he rushed out.

"...Cecilia, you are on bongos. Get those Womynists out of here before we get back..." "No problem" Cecilia said, then headed to the basement.

"...me Dave, Dave, Brandon and Melissa are on retrieval..." "Cool" I said. "Um, Drozi, did you tell Cecilia about us being underage?" Melissa asked. "Yeah" Drozi replied.

"..Nicole, Katie, you're new. Find 2000 people." Drozi finished. Katie and I looked at each other stunned. "We have to find the people?" I asked. "We're freshmen, they always make us do the hard work." Katie said as we got up.

I went over to Jeff and hugged him. "I'll be back, I've got to go find the people with Katie." I said. "Ok..." Jeff said. "...Just stay out of trouble." He said jokingly. "Good luck" Matt said from the couch. "Thanks Matt" I said. I let go of Jeff and left with Katie, we saw the Daves, Drozi, Brandon and Melissa heading out too.

"You ok?" Katie asked. "Yeah, I'm fine, I'll talk to Andrew on Sunday. We'll get everything straightened out." I said. "How are we going to pull this off?" Katie said to herself. "I have no idea.' I replied. She smiled.

Katie and I headed to the commons of the college. "Whoa" Katie said. "This place is never empty" Katie said shocked. "Something must be up then." I said

"Maybe...they are getting ready for the Centennial celebration tomorrow." I said. "I think so" Katie said as we entered the student lounge where everyone bought lunch when they were studying. "Dammit, this place usually has a few people in here" Katie said in frustration. "This isn't going to be as easy as I thought it was." I said. "I hear ya" Katie said.

We ran over to a nearby administration building. "Yes" Katie said. We saw a light on and ran in. We opened the main door........no one.
