Saying that theater
has created quite a stir in this guy’s life is an understatement.
His passion for the stage started when he took part in a Grade
School play, “Pinocchio”. It blossomed when, upon the suggestion
of Sir Megs, he joined the club in his first year, and after 4 years
& a couple of plays later, we’ve got an accomplished stage
actor.
In 2004, he played
the lead role in the musicale, “Ginto 24K”, in celebration of
the 50th Anniversary of Don Bosco schools in the
Philippines. The same year, he was given the task to be a student
director & even acted in the play, “Tagsibol”.
He was the last
remaining piece of “Da Original Barkada”, and also glad to have
ushered in the “New Blood” of Teatro. One of last year’s
presidents, O. J. ended his high school days right where it should
be - on top and with Teatro.
'Cause for “The_Game”,
Teatro is more than a club or just a production, it’s like a
family… and as the saying goes, “once Teatro, always Teatro…
cause Teatro’s forever.”
The savvy O.J. is
now a froshie taking up Hotel & Restaurant Institution Mgmt.
& a budding member of Dulaang Filipino at CSB. |
