Tech@ssist provides telephone, online tech support & onsite PC repairs for more than 150 hardware and software related problems. The call is free [calls may attract a toll depending on your service provider, however internally we do not charge for the call to us] , however if your query cannot be answered in less than 10 minutes, we will dispatch an agent to your location immediately or at a scheduled time appropriate to you. Please note that onsite visits attract a cost of JA$1200.00. This charge only covers diagnostics and minor repairs. Any further charges will be verbally stated and/or addressed to you in person onsite before continuing so as to insure full cooperation of both parties which include you the client, consumer or buyer and a authorized Tech@ssist agent.
