Ok, I have now backed down and created an account in Streamload called Techrom.  The password is 123456789. (no period)  All the files listed below are on there.  Remember, I don't want to see this being abused by people.  If I find that anything on there is being added or deleted, I will terminate the account immediately and no other roms will be hosted again.
