CAMP OPEN TO: Swimmers who want to swim better, easier and faster. Coaching is designed for those who need the basics and for those who need refinement of basic skills already acquired.

This skills and drills camp will provide a plan for physical training and/or nutrition. It will help maximize your potential, meet your goals and keep you on the right course to a better training season.

CAMP TUITION: $60.00 Technosport members ($20.00 may be applied to any New Technosport Program…reg. swim fees not included)
$100.00 non members ($60.00 towards new Technosport Membership)
CAMP INCLUDES:
Over 13 hours of pool & lecture time and underwater video
Computerized body composition analysis and nutrition plan
Video underwater
Proper stretching for Swimming and Running
Common Swimming and Running Injuries and Prevention
Seasonal Planning-“get off to the right start”
Swimming body awareness skills and drills
Cross training benefits to enhance swimming performance
