Making Love To My Muse

My mind grinds, thoughts flowing like fine wine
Making love to my Muse for like the ninth time
Caressin' her essence, whispered late night confessions
In a journal that begins eternal, the silence deafens
Only passion-filled moans as my tongue spills poems
To leave her skin soaken when they spoken in thrill tones
This is Love's real jones, the ultimate high
As words reflect in her eyes and I don't know why
My words spasm like orgasms and can last as long
I became engulfed inside of her which unmasked a song
Her voice seductive and moist to me like the rain
Question: do I have a choice when my Muse strikes again?
Because a day without her takes me to the heights of pain
Like an addict detoxing from china-white cocaine
She draws me in like a moth to a light or flame
And no matter what I'm doing, on her my sights remain
Just having her in my arms makes me depart from blunder
But how faithful is she I start to wonder
She seems as about as inconsistent as the dark or thunder
She even disappears for days which breaks me heart asunder
With no explanation on where she's been
Yeah I know she messes with other guys but does she care for him?
When I ask this, her stares begin
"Oh come on baby, you know you don't compare to them"
Or have I just been blinded through all the great years?
I mean she done been with cats like Tupac and Shakespeare
How do I rate there I think as we lay together
"Muse, I really hope you stay forever"
She smiles, all the secrets held within her face and
I can't help but realize she's my inspiration
And without her, I'd be in major trouble
Even everyone else thinks we're the perfect couple
I hope she inspires the right words right now on the double
That's when I looked in her eyes and said "Muse I love you"
