The Truest

I lay awake in the darkness and all I can do is think of you
No matter how much we know, we could always learn a thing or two
All my feelings I bring to you, for you to accept or reject
But everything is shared, it's based on care and respect
I stare in the deep specks and get lost in your eyes
So many things we have in common but I'm not so suprised
I embrace your thoughts and cries and if you need a crutch
Let me show you happiness that can exceed a touch
The speed of such corresponds with the distinct beat of us
I have faith in you and I want you to see the trust
It's so deep, I must tell you of its realness
Fabricated in a teal mist, tell me can you feel this?
A concealed kiss that we both hold in wonder
The magnitude of unity can withstand cold or blunder
I feel sweet fire whenever we hold each other
The most innocent of emotions of untold deep lovers
I know this is a cross to bear and I'd be lost I swear
If we turned our backs on what our hearts do share
You're in all my thoughts of care and I will help you through this
If you're willing to do this cause these feelings are the truest
