On Assignment

I have just recently purchased a dapple grey, 15.2hh, QH mare named Alex. Her name registered at AQHA is Devils Desert Storm, but her old owner thought it sounded it to much like a western horse's name and made her CEF ( Canadian Equestrian Federation ) name, On Assignment.

Alex was a real find! She was the only horse that was totally in shape when we looked at her ( if you don't count the 3 year old, which was almost a mistake!! ). She is boarded at River Oaks where my friend Erin boards her QH gelding named Scottie ( Scottish Mist ) and her TB gelding Zack ( Cossack ).
