Ok, the fans look a little cheesy, but you can't see them from the room, only if you point a camera up in there with a flash.  But they are a must, they help the cooling tremendously, it gets very hot against that back wall; so the right one brings in the air, and the left fan sucks it all out and into the staircase.  It works very good and it barely gets warm in this box now.
