In case there was in doubt, this is very generous. They are sending a good quantity of paid email for a $.05 company. Members are paid via PayPal once their account reaches $20 or more. $30 or more for a regular check.

After that members earn silverclicks for receiving emails. RAD also pays members $.40 for each confirmed direct referral, $.20 for each second level referral, $.05 for third and $.03 for fourth level referrals. Not bad. This is available internationally. RAD has also added a new program called 10-5-QA that pays members between $.10 and $.45 an email for visiting websites and answering questions. Their referral program pays up to 4 levels deep, between $.005 and $.06 per email your referrals receive. That's one of the better payment plans in the "paid email" arena. International members are free to join.
