MY SURVEY - {Free to join} MySurvey (from NFO World Group) launched in early 2001. They pay teens varying amounts for taking surveys ranging from $.10 for simple one question surveys, all the way up to $10 for larger surveys. The referral program pays members $1.50 for each new member they refer. New members get $.25 when they join and are automatically entered in daily drawings for $100 (there is always a winner). Members also get an entry into a $10000 drawing that happens multiple times a year for each survey they complete. Available to US residents only.
Survey Savvy - {Frree to join} SurveySavvy launched in late September, 2000. They are, easily, one of the best paid teenager survey companies on the net. $3 for each survey a member takes plus $2 for surveys taken by direct referrals and $1/survey for indirect referrals. The program is international.
Market Facts - {Frree to join} MarketFacts is a well designed survey/research service that was recently acquired by Aegis Group (holding company with offices in 43 countries). The member side of their program offers different rewards for each survey including cash, prizes and free products. All new members are entered into a monthly drawing for one $1000 prize and 10 $100 prizes.
ACOP - {Frree to join} American Consumer Opinions Panel pays members in a number of ways... All registered members are automatically entered in a monthly drawing to win $250. Screener (short) surveys get members entries into additional cash drawings. Longer surveys pay members either in free products/gifts or in cash ranging from $4 to $25 per survey. Online focus groups pay $25 or more. ACOP is a very international company with versions of their site available in English, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese and Japanese.
ePOLL - <{Free to join} A well designed paid survey company that pays members points for taking surveys which can be exchanged for things like gift certificates, CDs, gift cards, movies, games, etc... Rates are 100 points/survey, 100 points/referral and 500 points (equal to around $.75) to sign up. Minimum payment is a $2 gift certificate. International.
spiderMetrix -{Free to join} SpiderMetrix is a unique sort of opinion service that doesn't take itself quite as seriously as the rest. High school students are paid to take surveys and/or evaluate websites. Small (quickie) surveys pay anywhere from 1-10 points (see below for cash value) and full surveys pay between 20 and 50 points. They also run contest surveys that pay 50, 30 and 20 points to the top three best responses. Points can be converted into cash, online money or used to buy various products at the SM website. The current conversion rate for cash is 1 point = $.08 to $.10 (depending on how many points you cash in at once). The conversion rate for online money is 1 point = $.06 to $.105. Signing up is worth a total of 6 points if you complete your profile and take the trial survey. They pay 1 point for each survey completed by someone you refer and seem to be running a decent amount of surveys. Enter in juliannova if they ask for referral id.
One million eyes - {Free to join} Members receive eyepoints for taking surveys (1 point = $.10) plus 12%, 6% and 4% for referrals. Points can be redeemed for cash, merchandise or charity. International members are welcome and there is no payment minimum.

{Free to join} iCameo will pay you $1/minute to take surveys. They send you surveys via email and you get paid for how much time they expect it would take the average person to finish the survey. ($5 for a 5 minute survey, etc...) They will be paying for two levels of referrals, %5 for first level and %1 for second.
