Here you can learn about Parrotlets! You're probably wondering, "Holly, what are Parrotlets?" Well, Parrotlets are obviously a type of bird. They are simply miniature parrots! To explore my site, at the top of the page there are links. I will explain each one and what is in it. First in "Care" you can learn about what you are supposed to do when taking home a new Parrotlets, what kind of food to feed it (since there is no actual "Parrotlet Food"), and how to train it. In "Paulie" you can obviously learn about my Parrotlet, Paulie! In "About" you can read my report I did on Parrotlets. And finally in "Fun" which is my favorite part of the site, you can learn how to make Parrotlet food recipes, hear some funny stories about my parrotlet and yours if you decide to send me a story, hear my Paulie song, and get some instructions on how to make some really fun toys for your bird! Paulie had a serious molting problem in the spring, fall and winter. She is now slowly but surely getting her green color back! That is why maybe in some of her pictures her wing feathers may look a little grey. If your bird is molting, let him/her chew on some paper instead of his/her feathers!
