Diamond Filled
For this tutorial you will need
psp7 or above
my gold fill& my white sparkle tube here
A fat font
Open the gold fill and put white sparkle tube in your tubes folder
1. open transparent document 400 x 400,
2. set foreground to null and background to pattern,
use the gold fill
3. choose text tool, find a nice fat font,
I used standard windows font Elephant, set to italic
4. selections, defloat
5. duplicate your layer, selections, modify,
contract by 3, hit delete on your keyboard once.
6. floodfill with white
7. effects, noise, 60% uniform
8. effects, artistic effects, topography,
settings w 3, d 14, angle 311, color white
9. Deselect and merge visible.
Now you can leave it like this or you can
continue with the tutorial and make it sparkle
10. duplicate layer twice so you have 3 layers,
make the bottom layer active and close off the
other two by clicking on the little glasses in the layer palette.
11. choose your tube tool and find your white sparkle tube.
change the scale to fairly small.
Add several sparkles to your word
12. make the middle layer active,
add some more sparkles, in different places.
13. make the top layer active,
add some more sparkles, if different places.
14. crop and save as psp file
15. open Animation Shop and open your file you just saved.
16. play animation to make sure its ok and save as gif.
