Preparing detailed test plans, liaising with the users and Analysts to ensure that user acceptance criteria are documented and agreed, and verifying that the proposed solution is in line with the business requirements
Liaising with the Software Developers and support personnel, to ensure efficient implementation of the software in the test environment.
Completing all testing activities to the agreed schedule and to internal procedures and standards
Designing and reviewing test cases
Full or semi Automation of Test cases using Perl/ksh Shell Scripts
Support test Billing runs: analyze and resolve rejected transactions, abnormal terminations and any other problems encountered during execution of various Billing maps
Analyze and test customer invoices and other outputs produced in Billing test runs
Full or semi Automation of Test cases using Perl/ksh Shell Scripts
