For the rest of you, this is my assorted collection of sites worth visiting. Below you will find links to friend's pages and sites that I just think are quite damn cool. Enjoy.
FRIENDS
This is Toru's site. He's a friend of mine that lives in Osaka prefecture. He's also a damned good musician. I would highly recommend that you check it out; make sure you take a listen to his music.
Laura is a friend of mine that I have Japanese class with. She didn't have a real banner (*cough* this means make a banner, Laura) so I stole this from her site. She's madly obsessed with anime and cosplay. Take a look and see what kinds of twisted people do this cosplay stuff ^_~*
Dis iz XStorm'z site. I've known this sad bastard since back in the early early Diablo dayz when we used to have a lil guild known as the ArchAngels of Vengeance. Take a look at what he hath wrot. Then, hire him for a job.
Okay, this is the banner I did for Tess... she claims that's what she's gonna rename the site, so that's what I did the banner for. She likes roses and blue, so hence the blue/white/rose banner thing ^_~* Tess, in addition to being my roommate is the poetic half of the writing team that we don't have. I write the stories. She does the poetry. Together we could have our own entire publishing thing but that takes effort, so we don't. Anyway - go check her site.
Chris's site for his Black Omega Project. They're relatively new, but do indeed go check them out. They've got potential (and I'm not saying that because they're my friends, I'm saying that because Chris writes good shit) so give 'em support cause I say to.
Miko's wonderful Forbidden Haven website (and I'm not just saying that 'cause she archives me!) that hosts Final Fantasy VIII yaoi fanfiction (as well as other fandoms but we all know FFVIII is best). She recently got her first website award too, so.... *CHEERS*
MUSIC
Definitely one of my favorite JRock bands. They mix rock and techno influences in a way that's just mindblowing. If you haven't heard them, you're missing one of the greatest bands in existence.
My favorite VK band of all time. There's nothing these guys couldn't do. From pop-esque to gothic to straight-out rock, Malice Mizer's got you covered.
Haruhiko Ash (ex-Zolge) and Közi (ex-Malice Mizer) are the fixed lineup for this Japanese Goth band. They tour heavily in Europe. The sound is dark and exciting and a welcome influence. There is no CD released yet, but you can find the 5 demo tracks on pretty much any P2P system.
Mana (ex-Malice Mizer) has a new project called Moi Dix Mois. The sound is what you'd expect from Mana. It's solid although I really don't feel he's pushing any new ground. It's more like he's embracing what he wanted to do. If you've heard Malice Mizer's Bara no Seidou, just think of it as BnS with a more speed-metal/death-metal influence.
