The cost ranges from 10-40 dollars american. Dump about an 1/8 of it into a plastic baggy. Pour water into the baggy until you have a liquidy consistancy. Your heroin wannabe is done. Get a needle that doctors use to give shots, and suck in some of this substance through it, and inject in a major artery, on the wrist, or broadside of the elbow. ENJOY!!!
