"Larger Than Life" is a situation comedy that places a group of college students in hysterical and dramatic situations. Patrick, a third year theatre major, receives an invitation to visit "The Price Is Right." He invites Dave, a second year telecommunications major to join him. While in Los Angeles, a major dramatic situation takes place between Dave, Tiffiny (Dave’s girlfriend) and Patrick. When they get to the studios of "The Price Is Right," an argument not only takes place over who the better contestant is, but an argument between Dave and Patrick. Dave and Patrick are picked as contestants and win their pricing games, but when they get to the final part of "The Price Is Right," they both lose their showcases. Patrick realizes that friendship is more important than any prize given on "The Price Is Right."
