1 cup sugar
2 table spoons flour
dash of salt
2 cups milk
3 egg yolks
3 table spoons of cocoa
Beat egg yolks, and combine with the above ingredients. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add 3 table spoons of butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Brown crust in oven before putting in the filling. Use egg whites for marange.
